Strengthen the Logical Wave - For the Welfare of Society

"Since childhood, we have been taught that India is a land of 'Unity in diversity'. High mountain ranges, vast seas, large river-fed lands, countless streams, dark forests, and sandy deserts have adorned India with exceptional diversity. Numerous races, castes, creeds, religions, dresses, and languages exist. Thus, India presents a seemingly multicultural situation within a single integrated cultural framework.

Unity in Diversity:

Here diversity means variety. A grand synthesis of cultures, religions and languages of the people belonging to different castes and communities has upheld its unity and cohesiveness despite multiple foreign invasions. National unity and integrity have been maintained even though sharp economic and social inequalities have obstructed the emergence of egalitarian social relations. Despite the challenges posed by diversity, there can be no doubt about the role played by sociocultural diversity in sustaining and developing Indian society. The problem is not diversity per se, but the perception and spurious deconstruction of diversity in Indian society.

Inequality:

Because the fruits of development haven't been distributed rationally or the cultures of some groups haven't been accorded due recognition, the issues of regionalism, communalism, ethnic conflicts etc., have arisen. Certain factors today cause disunity among people based on divisive politics based on sentiments like imbalance developments in regions, religions, ethnicity, tribalism, dress codes and caste by today's so-called leaders for petty interests of vote bank politics. Is it wise to implement a policy that has the potential to incite trouble in future? Let the leaders come down from the realm of imagination to the hard reality of the earth.

Communalism:

The soil of reality is very hard – very merciless. The most dangerous among all is religious fanaticism and discrimination. Due to religious fanaticism and discrimination, there have been numerous violent clashes in the past. How despicable that thousands of innocent people were killed, These fanatics never bothered to listen to the beliefs of others, and for them, it is a sin to listen to others. In one sense, they are worse than animals because animals do not harbour communal feelings. What Should More Be Done? A powerful intellectual appeal rather than applying force is required to bring religious fanatics onto the right path because the use of force will only create a reaction that will intensify religious fanaticism.

Neo-humanism:

We need to understand that fundamentally we are one, and there are objective superficial differences that are not so important to ignore the subjective part of our existence. For that, a universal, neo-humanistic sentiment has to be propagated that we are all the progeny of the same cosmic father. We ought to live like a family without any complex of being inferior or superior.

"I am an optimist. I hope that the leaders will realize their mistakes and face reality with courage. If they fail to do so, India will create new leaders in the future, and those future leaders will save India from destruction." Shrii P.R.Sarkar ( In his book to the patriot).

Defeat Fear Psychosis:

The only way to combat religious fanaticism is to strengthen the logical wave. The reason is that the fear psychosis in human beings is stronger than logic. When human rationality is strengthened, irrational ideas will vanish from society.

Therefore, leaders in all walks of society should rectify past errors and vigorously launch a fresh campaign based on anti-exploitation sentiment. There is no other alternative to save India. But will the leaders be able or willing to do this? If they are, it is well and good. If they are not, perhaps they will try to unite the people forcibly, through the pressure of governmental machinery. But will this be possible? The different characteristics of the diverse land of India cannot be pounded into dust by the bulldozer of governmental machinery, and such unity is not at all desirable. On the contrary, the more the bulldozer is used, the greater the dissatisfaction among the people. Dictators will bite the dust.

Intellectual Revolution:

People must remain aloof from dogmatic religious ideas. Rational thinking will remove the fear psychosis from the human mind – rationality will defeat fanaticism.

Remember that we cannot maintain the solidarity of a joint family if activities are always determined by counting votes. In that case, those who are defeated will quit the joint family, and they will ruin it. Remember, each member nurtures a joint family; similarly, in the present case, each of the states /samaj of India.

All these suggestions are efforts to help check the fissiparous tendencies that exist in India. But we require something more as a nation-building element.

Fight Exploitation:

Most of India's people are poverty-stricken. They want to get rid of exploitation. Political freedom has no value if it cannot give them economic independence. If a strong nation or group of countries is to be built, a fight against exploitation has to be launched. Only high-sounding talks of socialism, a socialistic pattern, or a welfare state will not yield any results. No sentiment is growing in people's minds due to these slogans.

Unless a strong sentiment is created, we cannot form a nation. The government hardly gets any support or cooperation from the people in its welfare work for want of sentiment. If an anti-exploitation sentiment is created among the poverty-stricken mass of India, not only will a strong nation or a strong group of samajas be formed, but this nation will continue with due solidarity for a long time.

Spiritual Warrior-hood:

To save India, the present leaders should immediately chalk out a policy to convert the people of India into a strong nation of union of Prout Samajas. Any pretext or jugglery of words in this matter will be fatal to the country's cause. If the leaders do not do this, I am afraid India's political unity and geographical integrity will be affected, especially when fissiparous tendencies are active in the country. We should not forget that in the past, it was the want of unity that brought India under the yoke of slavery time and again. If there is a lack of unity now, we should understand that India has become intellectually bankrupt.

Anti-exploitation sentiment:

It is time to fight against socio-economic exploitation. Those who create new problems by focusing on external unessential issues of food, dress, language and religion-ethnic differences instead of solving immediate socioeconomic needs and livelihood, are the enemies of society. They are resorting to horizontal and vertical division of society weaponising emotive communal issues to divert their attention from the cosy collaboration between the political and corporate groups, in the countrywide and cross-samaj exploitation and accumulation of resources.

To establish harmony and welfare in the country, we must find common affinity points in the following three spheres -socio-economic, psycho-sentimental and spirituo-sentimental.

To unify society, we must first remove social and economic disparities by forming appropriate socio-economic units or samajas to address the provision of essential needs to all. And thus, unite Humanity of diverse bioregions. In a society where one person wallows in luxury while another gradually starves to death, the bondage of friendship is inconceivable. Similarly, if there is hatred in the social sphere, such as an upper-caste person's hatred for a low-caste person, one can hardly imagine an atmosphere of fraternity. Those with wealth may try to buy others to serve their purposes, but one cannot have equity with an enslaved person.

Although the anti-exploitation sentiment is the most important factor in building a nation or a group of nations, the sentiment alone will not be sufficient to sustain the unity of any Nation or a group of nations for a long time. One day exploitation must cease. If it is not stopped completely, we can confidently say that in the future, the intensity of exploitation will be much less than what it is today. As soon as administrative power passes into the hands of moralists, then exploitation will cease to exist. In the absence of exploitation, the anti-exploitation sentiment will die out. Consequently, a nation or a group of countries based on the anti-exploitation sentiment will not exist either.

Cosmic Ideology:

What will happen then? The sentiment of spiritual inheritance and Cosmic ideology will keep people united. Indeed, the spiritual sentiment will not help to form a nation inside any particular country, but, it will definitely unite the entire planetary world, and even the universe into a nation. Then there will be only one nation, a universal nation.

Today human beings, whatever country they may belong to, should, on the one side, propagate an anti-exploitation sentiment which does not mean the economic sphere alone but includes all kinds of exploitation, and thus, form strong nations in their respective countries. On the other side, preach the theory of one spiritual inheritance that every living being is the child of the Supreme Entity. All the people of all nations belong to the same family. Therefore, as long as national feelings exist, it will be evident that there will be clashes among different countries. People may talk of disarmament, but military preparation will go underground. And if people dedicate themselves to the welfare of the entire human race, it will also benefit their respective nations indirectly because their nations are not outside the universe!

Along with the theory of spiritual inheritance, one Cosmic ideology will have to be propagated too. That ideology is that one Supreme Entity, the Cosmic Entity, is the goal of all living beings. This spiritual sentiment will keep human beings united for all time to come. No other theory can save the human race."
